COVID-19 Update

Gladstein and Messinger, QueensimmigrationLaw.com, remains open and operating during the Corona COVID-19 national crisis. We are offering telephonic and video consultations.

At this time, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is closed for in person appointments and most of the Immigration Courts are closed. However, USCIS is still accepting applications for permanent residence and naturalizations and our office remains committed to helping our clients file those applications.

Importantly, we also are able to help with non-immigrant visa extensions that are necessary due to travel restrictions caused by the virus. If you need help extending a work, student or tourist visa please contact our office.
